4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and print-on-demand partners. Shipping times vary by product and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Our return and refund policy is incorporated into these terms by reference. EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order. To initiate a return or cancellation, log in to your account at https://account.encountered.shop.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. For EU customers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply and are not affected by this clause.
